Winch & Co invested in the company in February 2015 and again, during its second raise, in October 2020, before exiting in May 2024 via a trade sale of the company to American firm, ParkHub representing a 559% return for Winch & Co. The acquisition was backed by FTV Capital and LLR Partners.
