Elementary Accountancy Services is a South Yorkshire-based accountancy practice focused on helping facilitate high-growth companies managed by young, driven entrepreneurs. Working in close partnership with Winch & Co to manage investment clients, as well as other small businesses in the region.
Winch & Co funded the start-up of the practice as a seed investor in November 2020, before selling its share in the business back to the owners in June 2024. Including dividend yield and share premium on the sale, this produced a 322% return for Winch & Co.
