Winch & Co Completes Sale of Dedicated Transport Solutions in Multi-Million Pound Transaction to Hope Investment Holdings.
Winch & Co Group has successfully completed the sale of Dedicated Transport Solutions Ltd (DTS), one of the North East’s leading specialist transport and logistics providers, to Hope Investment Holdings led by industry entrepreneur Chris Hope, in a transaction that marks a significant milestone for both businesses.
Headquartered in Cramlington, Dedicated Transport Solutions has established itself as a trusted provider of warehousing, transport, distribution and logistics solutions for customers across the United Kingdom and Europe. Since becoming involved with the business, Winch & Co has overseen a period of substantial transformation, operational restructuring and strategic growth, helping position DTS as one of the region’s most respected independent logistics operators.
The transaction sees Hope Investment Holdings acquire the business as part of its wider strategy to build a leading UK logistics platform, combining strong customer relationships, operational excellence and long-term sustainable growth.
The sale represents another successful investment and exit for Winch & Co, the Yorkshire-based investment group specialising in acquiring, investing in and scaling small and medium-sized businesses across the UK.
