Dedicated Transport Solutions (DTS), owned by Leeds-based investment business Winch & Co, acquires new 80,000 sq ft distribution centre in Ashington.
DTS, owned by Leeds-based investment company Winch & Co, has completed on the acquisition of a new warehousing and distribution centre located in Ashington, Northumberland. This follows the recent announcement of its take over of Patrick Logistics in Cramlington. The company offers specialist warehousing and distribution services to UK and international clients, as well as general road haulage for a range of domestic customers.
DTS has expanded its operational scope with the acquisition of Patrick Logistics and its site in Cramlington. This will give DTS two operational sites, continuing to service its local customers from its Cramlington base. The new site in Ashington will undergo a full, major refurbishment to meet the purpose operational requirements of both DTS and its incumbent customers.
