Debra is a driven, dynamic manager who was previously commercial director at Pall-Ex – now working closely with the sales and commercial functions across our companies to improve top and bottom lines.

Irene Lee

Irene is a keen early stage, private equity, and property investor. During her career, she went on to be a 6x co-founder for various businesses in property and education, spanning Asia and Europe. She has a strong equity raising track record.

Kenneth James

Kenneth has an extensive background in business, finance and operations. Having grown companies by ensuring management is in place, systems architecture and processes to add shareholder value with demonstrable experience.

Simon Biltcliffe

Simon is a businessman of over 25 years, having built his print management company, Webmart, to over £30 million in revenue organically. He also undertakes political and philanthropic roles outside of the business.
Finance Manager

Julie Tabone

Julie has extensive experience in accounts, general book keeping, ledger management and credit control. Her responsibilities now include accounts and ledger management across the various Winch & Co Group businesses.
Transport Manager

Roland Redfern-Lown

Roland is a competent, consistent and hard working transport manager with many years of experience, who currently manages Winch & Co’s transport, warehousing and logistics businesses in the North East of England.
General Manager

Luke Carter-Bridges

Luke is an experienced tradesman and building professional. Having worked for over 10 years in the business, he currently manages Winch & Co’s manufacturing and timber construction business in Manchester.
