Kaylock Estates is a property development firm based in the centre of Leeds. The company owns a variety of residential property across the North East, Yorkshire and the Midlands.
Nathan Winch founded the firm in April 2016, before selling it to Winch & Co. The company exists as part of the group to store value and create a secondary, lower risk investment. This helps dilute the comparatively high-risk nature of the core private equity business.
