Elementary Accountancy Services is a South Yorkshire-based accountancy practice focused on helping facilitate high-growth companies managed by young, driven entrepreneurs. Working in close partnership with Winch & Co to manage investment clients, as well as other small businesses in the region.

Winch & Co funded the start-up of the practice as a seed investor in November 2020, before selling its share in the business back to the owners in June 2024. Including dividend yield and share premium on the sale, this produced a 322% return for Winch & Co.

Winch & Co invested in the company in February 2015 and again, during its second raise, in October 2020, before exiting in May 2024 via a trade sale of the company to American firm, ParkHub representing a 559% return for Winch & Co. The acquisition was backed by FTV Capital and LLR Partners.

Tailored to the unique needs of education providers, Llama.id’s GDPR-compliant solution ensures the highest standards in safer recruitment whilst delivering valuable time and cost savings. The company was sold in January 2023 to Edwin Group, providing Winch & Co with a sizeable return on initial investment.

WinchPharma developed new and innovative ways to make staying healthy easier, cheaper and more accessible for all stakeholders in both public and private healthcare. Founded in 2011, the management team grew the business primarily within the NHS market.

Winch & Co exited the company to Byotrol plc in March 2017, allowing them to enter the NHS market cost-effectively, and providing Winch & Co with a considerable return.
